Scarce resources or geographical distance are reasons to prefer online or telephone coaching. We would be happy to clarify whether face2face, online/telephone coaching or a mixed form in the initial consultation.

Cancellation policy
Agreed appointments will be confirmed in writing and are considered binding. Cancellations/postponements of appointments must be notified 72 hours in advance, otherwise the full cost of the session will be charged.
Separate cancellation policy for lineups: exhibitor with concerns: Registrations are considered binding. In the event of a cancellation, the full fee will be charged. If the place can be filled, the fee will be 100% refunded.
Representative: Registrations also require a firm commitment. I have to be able to rely on it in order to be able to guarantee lineups.
