supervision

In contrast to coaching , therapy and counseling, supervision focuses on professional contexts. The word supervision comes from Latin and means something like "looking from above". Generally defined, supervision is a training, counseling and reflection process that deals with professional issues.

Examples of supervision: conflicts within a department or between departments / inappropriate interaction within a department / pressure to perform / burnout or burnout prevention / new approaches to solutions / improving leadership skills / change management processes...

I offer the following types of supervision:

Individual supervision: In individual supervision and coaching, the focus is on the individual. The main focus is on the further development of professional identity and professionalism within the framework of the specific professional role and task.

Management supervision: Management supervision is a special setting of individual, team or group supervision in which managers reflect on their work and communication contexts and, above all, focus on their management tasks.

Team supervision: In team supervision, the focus is on how team members interact with each other. The main goal of team supervision is to identify crises and stressful situations within a team early on and to counteract them. A good working atmosphere should be restored by finding a solution together. In principle, team supervision is always a good way to improve collaboration by reflecting on skills and the distribution of roles within a team .
